Nitrogen in Extraction & Processing

PURGE, INERT,
PRESSURIZE.

High purity nitrogen plays a critical role in cannabis and botanical extraction operations. It's used to pressurize transfer lines during hydrocarbon extraction and to blanket storage tanks holding concentrated extracts and ethanol.

Nitrogen is also used for purging and inerting — displacing oxygen from vessels, lines, and collection chambers to prevent oxidation of sensitive terpenes and cannabinoids during and after extraction. Available in cylinders, dewars (liquid), and bulk supply formats.

If you run a hybrid operation or require nitrogen for purging between solvent cycles, we coordinate delivery of all gases alongside your solvent orders for maximum convenience.

CO₂ in Extraction & Cultivation

EXTRACTION, CULTIVATION,
& BEYOND.

Food grade CO₂ serves cannabis operations at multiple stages. In the lab, it's the feedstock for supercritical CO₂ extraction — using CO₂ at supercritical temperature and pressure as a tunable solvent to selectively extract cannabinoids and terpenes.

In the cultivation facility, CO₂ enrichment is one of the most effective tools for increasing yield. Elevating CO₂ concentrations in the grow environment — typically to 1,000–1,500 ppm — accelerates photosynthesis, drives faster growth rates, and can meaningfully improve canopy density and flower production when combined with adequate light and nutrients.

CO₂ is also used downstream for carbonation in cannabis beverage applications. Available in cylinders, liquid dewars, and bulk supply. Contact our team with your facility requirements and we'll configure the right supply format and delivery schedule.

Delivery & Supply

THE RIGHT GAS,
IN THE RIGHT
FORMAT.

Whether you need a single cylinder for your extraction lab, a liquid dewar for your cultivation facility's CO₂ enrichment system, or a bulk tank program for high-volume operations — we work with your facility to set up the right supply arrangement. Our team understands both extraction operations and cultivation environments, and can recommend the appropriate grade, pressure, and form factor for your specific requirements.

We operate our own trucks across Arizona, California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont — direct local delivery with no third-party carriers. We also ship nationwide via hazmat-certified freight.
